1. You maybe using a STB emulator app , you may need to be remove app and reinstall and update 

2. Maybe internet service provider.(low bandwidth). Please note speed do not have anything to do with bandwidth. Bandwidth is the power behind internet , may have to much device on the internet can cause problems
