1. STB block before service is up happens mostly when you are using STB EMU app because it is a add on app , sometimes what happens is when device getting update from device provider it block device, Fix > you can contact us
2.If you use your mac number on more than 1 device that will cause the service provider to block device, and may BAN mac number. Fix you will need to change mac number to new and send order number , new and old mac number askig for change . NOTE WHEN USING MAC NUMBER IT IS 1 DEVICE
3. Service maybe expired
4. May need to contact us for more information by creating a support ticket with order number and Mac number.
